- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in the Casper, Wyoming area. These services must be provided within a 10 mile radius of the U.S. Post Office located at 150 E B Street, Casper, Wyoming 82601 and 0.5 miles from a Casper Area Transportation Coalition (CATC) bus stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on February 01, 2020 with two (2) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on January 31, 2023. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Substance Abuse Inmates = 18 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Substance Use Intake (one per authorized inmate) for 18 inmates = 18 assessments Substance Use Assessment and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 18 inmates = 18 assessments Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 18 inmates = 864 units Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 18 inmates = 1296 units Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 36 units (per inmate) x 5 inmates = 180 units Base Year: Estimated Number of Mental Health Inmates=12 Mental Health Treatment Services: Mental Health Intake (one per inmate) for 12 inmates = 12 assessments Mental Health Intake Assessment & Report (one per inmate) for 12 inmates = 12 reports units per inmate for 6 inmates = 288 units Mental Health Medication Monitoring (6 visits per inmate) for 6 inmates = 36 monitoring visits Mental Health Administration of Medication (6 visits per inmate) for 3 inmates = 18 administration visits The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) Community Treatment Services (CTS) most recent Statement of Work dated September 2017. The request for quote will be available on or after October 31, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. The estimated closing date is on or about December 16, 2019. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
