- Wage Determination Performance Work statement (PWS) Item Unique Indentification (IUID) Security Classification Specification Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLS) Packaging Requirements Solicitation This notice is to upload the official solicitation and all associated attachments. Please note that though this was identified as solicitaion number FA8539-20-R-0020, the actual solicitation number is FA8539-19-R-0020 and hereby attached as such. The deadline for RFP FA8539-19-R-0020 is 1600 on 18 November 2019. This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Five (5) Requirements Type Contract with a Basic year plus Four-one year ordering periods with Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) for the Repair of components applicable to the Multifunctional Information Distribution System – Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS – JTRS) AN/USQ-190 (V). The NSNs are included in the attached document. This is a limited source procurement, the Government intends to solicit ViaSat Inc. 6155 El Camino real Carlsbad, Ca 92009-1699 (CAGE Code 47358). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1): Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
