Section J - Attachment 10 Section J - Attachment 9 Section J - Attachment 8 Section J - Attachment 7 Section J - Attachment 6 Section J - Attachment 5 Section J - Attachment 4 Section J - Attachment 3 Section J - Attachment 2 Section J - Attachment 1 Formal RFP for SERE Training Support Services - FA3002-20-R-0002 16 Oct 19 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron (338 SCONS), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Randolph, TX is conducting a follow-on acquisition for a Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) and Evasion and Conduct After Capture (ECAC) instructional and support services. The purpose of this notice is to post Request for Proposal (RFP) No. FA3002-20-R-0002 and attachments (total 10) for non-personal services, to include personnel, supervision, instruction, and other items and services, as identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), to conduct and support SERE training at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA and ECAC training at JBSA - Lackland, TX. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this RFP is section 611519 - Other Technical and Trade Schools. The small business size standard is $16.5 million in annual gross receipts. This requirement will be conducted as a competitive, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside and will be evaluated using a Past Performance Tradeoff (PPT) source selection method. The solicitation, effective 16-Oct-19, and its attachments are now available for downloading. The proposal due date is 15-Nov-19. Any questions relating to this RFP must be submitted IAW RFP FA3002-20-R-0002, Section L.1.4. All questions must be submitted in writing and received by 23-Oct-19. NOTE: Previous FBO Postings, FA3002-18-RFI-SERE_ECAC, and FA3002-19-R-A012 are associated with this requirement. RFP FA3002-20-R-0002 incorporates changes that are the net result of all presoliciation input, discussion, and postings. The formal solicitation and any subsequent amendments will take precedence over all presolicition postings. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that they read the entire solicitation and amendments prior to proposal submittal.
