Description
The outcomes to be achieved are fulfillment of skilled labor trades for Naval Facilities Engineering Co (NAVFAC) Southeast (SE) Area of Responsibility's (AOR) broad and diverse mission of facilitating inter- governmental operational requirements for various skilled trade labor disciplines. The NAVFAC Southeast AOR includes, but is not limited to: Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, South Carolina, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The Contractor shall possess the ability to recruit, mobilize, retain, and replace (if necessary) technically qualified personnel for all required positions, maintain acceptable performance, and provide management and oversight of personnel throughout the performance. Skilled trades support services include but may not be limited to the following positions: Power Support Systems Mechanic, Material Expediter, Pipefitter, Electrician, High Voltage Electrician, Interior Electrician, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, and Plumber. The outcomes for this acquisition are consistent with the FAR 37.101 definition of service contracts.
