- AMENDMENT 004 Restricted Availability (RAV) to include repairs on the Nuclear Power Training Unit (NAVSEA 08) (Charleston) Barge. The work package consists of (but not limited to) roof repairs, electric winch repairs, diesel winch repairs. This work will be accomplished at the Nuclear Power Training Unit (NPTU) located in Charleston, SC. This barge is in a highly secured area. All interested parties must meet strict security requirements for both the company and the individual workforce that will work on the barge to be qualified for unescorted work. Further, any interested party must be ISO 9000 (2015) compliant and their Quality Manual must meet NAVSEA Standard Item 009-04. Market research was conducted from 07/19/2019 TO 08/02/2019; this solicitation will not be able to be set aside for Small Business. The Small Business Representative provided concurrence on 08/05/2019. The solicitation is full and open.
