(ABOA): 406,989 ABOA SF(Total) Block A: 27,591 ABOA SF (Office Space) Block B: 45,120 ABOA SF (Conditioned Warehouse Space maintained at 70 degrees) Block C: 334,278 ABOA SF (Unconditioned Warehouse Space) Parking Spaces (Total): 100 Parking Spaces (Surface): 100 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 100 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be a single tenant facility. Offered space must be contiguous space. Minimum required ceiling height: 30 ft. Minimum aisle way width: 11 ft with 15 ft cross aisles. Loading dock requirements: minimum number of docks: 100 with 5 drive in ramps with 15 ft clearance. Ware yard requirements: minimum 300 hard stand parking for semi-trailer container (50ft trailer) storage. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Government may consider separately metered utilities. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
