- Page 2 of 2 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR SF 330'S ARCHITECT/ENGINEER QUALIFICATION PACKAGES ONLY. General Description Changed to Include both NAICS Codes 541310 and 541330; Extend Due Date to 12 Nov 2019 The purpose of this Notice is to seek firms to provide architect and engineering services, the scope of which will be to provide professional architectural/engineering services necessary for, master planning; field survey; site and facility investigation; preparation of special conceptual and technical studies; concept and feasibility studies; material investigation and color studies; preparation of engineering studies, analysis, and/or investigation, and preparation of Architectural-Engineering (AE) documents and reports for project documents with associated structural, civil, landscaping, mechanical, electrical, historical, environmental subsurface soil investigations and incidental work; preparation of design documents to include building and ground alteration, maintenance, repair and construction; cost and schedule estimates; and construction period services to include monitoring and evaluating the construction progress for conformance to plans and specifications including review of required submittals by the contractor. NCO 8 anticipates award of numerous Architectural-Engineering Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts (AE-IDIQ). NAICS 541310 - Architectural Services. NAICS 541330 - Engineering Services. For products or services that can be classified in two or more industries with different size standards, the size standard for the industry accounting for the greatest percentage of the contract price shall apply. If a solicitation calls for more than one item and allows offers to be submitted on any or all of the items, an offeror must meet the size standard for each item it offers to furnish. If a solicitation is calling for more than one item requires offers on all or none of the items, an offeror may qualify as a small business by meeting the size standard for the item accounting for the greatest percentage of the total contract price.
