Page 1 of 1 Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C252-20-B-0002 Project: Correct SPS Deficiencies Building 452 Project Number: 676-18-203 Location: Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI The Tomah VA Medical Center has a requirement to Correct SPS Deficiencies Building 452 at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E Veterans St, Tomah, WI 54660. The building will be fully vacated and thus will not require phased construction. The project magnitude price range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard $36.5 million applies. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 280 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov/) on or about October 25, 2019. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for December 3, 2019. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project and the time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.
