- Description
- DLA Troop Support, 700 Robbins Ave., Philadelphia PA 19111, has issued an award for solicitation number SPE8E318R0010 for Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Vendor support for Maintenance, Repair, and Operation (MRO) supplies in the CENTCOM Region of the United States. This unrestricted, multiple award solicitation was issued on June 12, 2018 and closed on August 10, 2018. A total of four (4) TLS Vendor Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts were awarded on September 27, 2019 to the following companies: 1. Noble Supply and Logistics (Small Business)- Contract SPE8E319D0011 302 Weymouth Street Rockland, MA. 02370 2. SupplyCore Inc. (Small Business)- Contract SPE8E319D0012 303 North Main Street Rockford, IL 61101-1199 3. Vizocom ITC LLC (Small Business)- Contract SPE8E319D0013 1506 Constancia Way El Cajon, CA, 92019-2093 4. BMMI BSC (Foreign Large Business)- Contract SPE8E319D0014 812 Shaikh Jaber Al Ahmed Al Subah Highway Sitra, Kingdom of Bahrain, 99999 These contract (s) have a three-year base and two one-year option periods. The maximum (all four contracts combined) contract value is $500 million. These contracts will entail Customer Direct Deliveries to locations throughout the CENTCOM Region. The CENTCOM Region includes the following countries: Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. There are existing regular customers in the CENTCOM Region at this time. The scope of these contracts include, but is not limited to: HVAC; refrigeration; plumbing supplies (including bath and shower items, ablution units); electrical products (including generators, wire/cable, connectors, sockets, outlets, lights, etc.); tools of various kinds; chemical, lubricating, and rubber products and products including same; construction supplies [including but not limited to cement, lumber and plywood, bricks, blocks, steel, aluminum, and other metal products, conduits, prefabricated structures to include re-locatable buildings (RLBs & ablution units), etc.; perimeter security items such as barriers, barbed wire, concertina wire, and sand bags (also used for erosion prevention)]; paint, landscape and grounds supplies, and communication devices (such as walkie-talkies, two-way radios, etc. used by the maintenance personnel). All items are commercial and identified by a manufacturer's part number and/or commercial item description. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Awarded prices are Firm-Fixed Acquisition Ceiling Prices for a Price Evaluation List of 100 items for the three year base period and two, one-year option pricing periods for the two CENTCOM destinations (Camp Taji, Kuwait and Camp Erbil, Iraq). All requirements will be competed amongst the four contractors awarded as result of this solicitation.
