- Attachment 1 WD 2015-5693 Rev.9 PWS FCB20-011 UNDERWATER HULL CLEANING Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The requirement is for inspection and cleaning of the USS FRANK CABLE (AS-40) hull (below the waterline) including sea chests, sea chest grating and fasteners, transducers, keel, propeller, shafting, rudder, bilge keel, skeg, frame 76 forward and frame 110 aft hull penetrations in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). To receive a video footage copy of existing underwater hull conditions, please email M-GU-SSUN10@fe.navy.mil. The performance period is 15 October 2018 - 20 October 2018 work is to be performed at Sierra Pier, Naval Base Guam.
