- Alteration and Fitting Services The Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph Contracting Squadron, TX, 502 CONS/JBKCA, is contemplating the acquisition of a possible future requirement for Alteration and Fitting Services at JBSA Lackland, TX. Currently, we are contemplating a 5 Year Requirements Contract. Government Furnished Property is anticipated for this possible requirement, but contractor will provide materials necessary to preform daily alterations and fittings. Schedules of trainees will be provided the week before alterations and fitting services will occur. Estimated 39,500 trainees per year. The NAICS code for this effort is 811490, Clothing shops, alterations only, with a size standard of $7,500,000,000.00 dollars. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTES; therefore, in accordance with FAR 15.201(c) any responses to this inquiry will not constitute nor will be considered as contractor offers, and no contract will be awarded as a result of this inquiry. This information will be used by the 502 CONS/JBKCA for market research purposes, only, and the submitted information will not be returned. Submitted information will be protected in accordance with DoDD 5400.11, Department of Defense Privacy Program, and DoD 5400.11-R, Department of Defense Privacy Program, and no feedback will be provided regarding submissions or the total number of submissions received. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this request for information, as the government is not liable for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request. All interested parties are advised that the Department of Air Force will not pay for any information or any other administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from Industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with the Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Costs provided are for market survey/informational purposes only and shall not be considered as an offer to do business. Any information provided under this market survey is for informational purposes only and will NOT be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. No evaluation of vendors will occur and vendor participation in ANY informational sessions is not a promise of future business with the Department of Air Force, Joint Base San Antonio.
