Description

The contractor shall provide a cost per kit contract for one modular, continuous, customizable laboratory track line, at minimum two Chemistry analyzers, at minimum two Immunoassay analyzers, and other equipment for William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), new hospital location as well as two integrated chemistry/immunoassay analyzers for Mendoza Clinic, Ft Bliss and Soldier Family Medical Center (SFMC), FT Bliss. The contractor shall provide all reagents for these three locations along with consumables, calibrators, and maintenance support. The cost for maintenance, reagents, consumables, and calibrators shall be burdened into the price of the kits. All contractor equipment requiring access to the WBAMC IT network shall comply with Department of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Implementation Plan. Vendors shall only offer items which already have an Authorization to Operate (ATO) or items for which the vendor agrees to go through the IA approval process to obtain an RMF ATO.
