- Site Visit Attendance Sign In Sheet Solicitation Amendment SF 30 Attachment 12 Past Performance Questionnaire (SAMPLE) Attachment 13 Financial Institution Reference Sheet All questions and RFI's for this solicitation are due by 4:00pm Pacific 4 October 2019. The site visit for this project has been rescheduled to 25 September 2019 at 1 pm PST. Please contact TSgt Wendell Gibson if you have any questions at wendell.gibson@us.af.mil. The Contractor shall be responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to construct cable reinforcement for the existing perimeter fence per UFC 4-022-01, UFC 4-022-02, and UFC 4-022-03. See attached site maps, design information, and environmental requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 4 June 2019 at Travis AFB and such other items or details required by the project plans, standard specifications, and special provisions. Performance of the awarded contract will start after the contract receives the notice to proceed (NTP) and will be 180 days long. Attachments five and six are too large to upload to FBO.
