Nicole Kutsi Contracting Officer CONTINUATION PAGE Page 1 of Page 4 of 4 Page 1 of The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking interested sources for the requirement entitled: CUSTOM STERILE PROCEDURE PACKS This is a Sources Sought announcement only this is not a Request for Proposal. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified vendors with special interest. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All responses must be received by Friday, October 25, 2019 by no later than 1:00PM (CST) to the point of contact listed below. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Respondents may be contacted to present their capabilities and interact with Program Contracting Activity Center (PCAC), logistic and clinical staff for an industry day session for additional information. PLEASE NOTE: Only vendors who respond to RFI number 36C77620Q0002 shall be considered for an invitation to participate in the potential industry day session. Attendance/participation at an Industry Day session is not a prerequisite for participation in responding to this RFI or any solicitation that may eventually result from the session or response to this RFI. The objective of this RFI is to obtain input from the industry with expertise in and knowledge for implementation and management of providing custom sterile procedure packs. PCAC Strategic Sourcing is seeking potential business sources capable of providing Custom Sterile Procedure Packs for participating medical centers located in VISNs 6,7,8, 9,10,12,15,16, and 23 (SEE ATTACHMENTS A and B). Potential vendor(s) will provide custom sterile procedure packs for an estimated 70 facilities and will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, quality assurance and supervision in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this request for information is: 339113-Surgical Appliance and Supplies which has a business size standard of 750 Employees.
