Description

FBO Revised Presolicitation Notice SPRBL1-19-Q-0106 DLA Aberdeen anticipates issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 08 October 2019, for the following item listed below. The NAICS code is 335931. The proposed contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), one time procurement. The RFP will not use Special Emergency Procurement Authority Justification (SEPA) procedures. NSN: 6130-01-284-4195 Part/Drawing No: A3018352-1 Name: Power Supply Adapter MX-10862/VRC Quantity: 100 each. Note: This synopsis renumbers previous Request for Quotation (RFQ) SPRBL1-19-Q-0016 to Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRBL1-20-R-0005. See previous synopsis for SPRBL1-19-Q-0016 attached and posted on September 20, 2019. The Government owns the Technical Data Package (TDP) for this NSN. The TDP is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To receive a copy of the TDP, a prospective offeror must have an active registration in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Contractor performed First Article Testing will be required. This solicitation will be set-aside for small business.
