- ORIGINAL SOLICIATION REOPENED TO ALLOW MORE VENDORS MODIFICATION TO REOPEN BID UNTIL OCTOBER 4, 2019 AT 200 PM EST The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, located in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, intends to issue solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY BREAD. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination with delivery dates between October 01, 2019 - December 31, 2019. These exact dates will be shown in the solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton-Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, West Virginia 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government with consideration to past performance and price. The solicitation will be made available on October 2, 2019, and be will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition to include solicitation amendments will be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is October 4, 2019, at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST). Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
