Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77619Q0004 Omaha Activation Project 142 Phacofragmentation The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (VA NWIHCS) has a requirement for Phacofragmentation Equipment as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Omaha Ambulatory Care facility. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for small business concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contract Specialist Ron Shelko at Ronald.shelko@va.gov and Michelle Rhodes at michelle.rhodes@va.gov no later than Tuesday October 16, 2019. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at Ronald.shelko@va.gov and michelle.rhodes@va.gov.
