- Justification and Approval THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MARKET ANALYSIS TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABLILITY OF A SMALL BUSINESS THAT CAN PROVIDE A 100-TON CHILLER (CONSTANT SPEED SCREW COMPRESSOR). **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION. Ellsworth AFB, SD is seeking a small business interested in providing a Carrier 100-ton chiller, part number 30XA 100 (Constant Speed Screw Compressor) including labor warranty for building 2106 (DFAC) with startup included. An approved justification and approval has been assigned to this purchase. If your firm is interested in proposing on this requirement as described above, you are invited to submit a written capabilities package in response to this sources sought notice. Provide responses NO LATER THAN OCT 10 AT 04:00 PM MST. If this requirement should progress into solicitation, all vendors must possess a completed, active SAM.GOV (System for Award Management) registration to respond to any solicitation or receive an award.
