Description
Q18. Could you clarify whether you are looking to outsource the entire project (including the deliverables, direct management/supervision/control of employees, and schedules), or is this a staff augmentation project where you are looking for a supplier to provide resources for a defined period/project? A18. This will be a staff augmentation project. The Government will do the majority of the direct management/supervision/control of employees for day to day operations. There will be limited contractor project management. This augmentation project is looking for skilled technicians and subject matter experts. Q19. How many of the positions listed would require a security clearance? Does the supplier also need to have a security clearance, or just the employees? A19. All positions that will reside inside of the ARCYBER HQ will require a TS/SCI clearance, CI Poly and MADO requirements. Q20. Could you clarify the 6 month vs. 12 month project duration statement? A20. Would your company consider agreeing to a contract that includes two 6-month Option Periods as opposed to agreeing to one 12-month Option Period. Q21. What are the payments terms for this size of bid? A21. Payment will be in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7006, WideArea Workflow Payment Instructions. Q22. Can tables/graphics as well as headers and footers have font smaller than 12 pitch? We find that 12 pitch is very big for a table, graphic, and header/footer. A22. No, all font must be at least 12 pitch in accordance with the RFI.
