Description

Sole Source Justification This notice is to publish the Sole Source Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. Purchase Order 73351019P0017 was issued to Consult DSA, LLC at 3 Earth Star Place, Gaithersburg, MD 20878. This acquisition conducted under the authority of the Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The statutory authority permitting sole source acquisition is 41U.S.C 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). T ODA is seeking to utilize Consult DSA for a short-term sole source contract extension to continue the critical work of the continuous assessment and validation of the improved processes and maps and provide business process reengineering services. This extension is needed due to the Agency rolling out several new systems which impacted ODA's ability to validate the various 'To Be' Process Maps and implement several work products developed during the project. Due to these specialized deliverables, it is recommended that work continue with the same contractor while a longer-term approach is developed.
