Attachment #4 - Contractor Information and Pricing Schedule Attachment #3 - Full Text Provisions and Clauses Attachment #2 - Menus and Headcounts Attachment #1 - Requirements Statement Iowa Army National Guard Catered Meals - Camp Dodge, Johnston, Iowa W912LP-20-Q-4500 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-20-Q-4500, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-06, effective 10 Sep 2019. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 311991 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Basis for award is Price. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: The Contractor shall provide catered meals in accordance with Attachment #1: Requirements Statement and Attachment #2: Menus and Quantities (Headcounts). Contract line item numbers (CLINS) and quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001. Catered Breakfast Meals, Quantity/Unit of Issue: 1,560 each CLIN 0002. Catered Dinner Meals, Quantity/Unit of Issue: 1,560 each Proposed prices for CLINS 0001 and 0002 shall be firm fixed price (FFP) and inclusive of all ingredients and supplies required to provide the meal requirements as described within the Catered Meals Requirements Statement. The Government prefers that all meals of the same type (breakfast, lunch or dinner) be priced the same, regardless of menu. This request is subject to availability of funds for next Fiscal Year 2020.
