Description

This synopsis precedes the issuance of a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C244-19-Q-1193. The Contractor shall furnish all services in accordance with the performance work statement and schedule identified in the solicitation to provide services necessary to perform Radiation Physicist Inspections Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The subsequent contract will be performed for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road Coatesville, PA 19320. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award one (1) 5- year contract (One base year with four (4) option years), made to one offeror who meets the response requirements listed in the forth coming solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 541690 with a size standard of $16.5 million in average annual receipts. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote is responsive and conforming to the RFQ using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures (LPTA). The anticipated release date for the Solicitation is September 30, 2019. The solicitation will be posted at this website, www.fbo.gov. All inquiries shall be in writing, e-mail inquiries to Robert Neal at robert.neal2@va.gov.
