Transportation Data SQS Special Packinging Instruction Packaging SOW Packaging requirements IUID Item Description Green Procurment Engineering data requirements Engineering data list Bid Set Bid Set Data Quality Assurance Provisions The AFSC OL_H/PZABA, Hill AFB Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Fixed Firm Price contract for one Bearing, Roller, Radi for the AN/FPS-117(V)1,4 system to the responsible quoter whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. Completion of the specified pre-contract award qualification requirements are necessary to assure the government that the offeror is capable of producing the Bearing, Roller, Radi in compliance with the applicable technical specification/data within the schedule and economic constraints of our contracts. There are significant technical and schedule risks which can only be minimized by a completion of the requirements prior to contract award. The government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or the rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. Critical technology involved approved for U.S. contractors only. The award of a government contract does not negate the contractor's responsibility to comply with export control requirements under the Arms Export Control Act (Department of State) or the Export Administration Regulations (Department of Commerce)
