- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Benefits Administration, Phoenix Regional Benefit Office, 3333 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85012 has a requirement for Court Reporter services. The applicable NAICS code is 561492. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses with valid registrations at the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website (http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) as well as valid registration at the System for Award Management, website (http://sam.gov/). Both company profiles must be registered under the applicable NAICS codes to be considered responsive. It is anticipated a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted at www.FBO.gov within three (3) days. Questions regarding this announcement and subsequent RFQ may be directed to the Contracting Officer via email to Bertha V. Leguizamon at bertha.leguizamon@va.gov. To ensure all prospective bidders receive equal access to all information about this notice and subsequent RFQ, all questions will be answered via an Amendment to the RFQ and no further information will be released about the RFQ prior to its posting at FBO.gov Email format: Title your email Court Reporter Phoenix VARO followed by your company name in the subject line of your e-mail.
