- Description
- This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. This is a non-personal services contract to provide support services for environmental compliance with State and Federal environmental regulations covering petroleum storage tanks (PSTs) at Fort Bliss. The PSTs will include Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) and Above Ground Storage Tanks (ASTs). The Contractor shall provide services related to scheduled annual testing of USTs, and unscheduled maintenance and/or repairs of USTs/ASTs as requested by the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Environmental Division, Compliance Branch, Fort Bliss for the referenced tanks in order to keep he USTs/ASTs operational and in compliance with environmental regulations. Base Tasks • Task 1 - Planning and Project Management for UST/AST Environmental Compliance Support (Base Year) o Kick-Off Meeting o Accident Prevention Plan (APP) o Work Plan (WP) o Project Management • Task 2 - Annual Scheduled Testing of UST System Components (Base Year) • Task 3 - Unscheduled UST/AST Maintenance and/or Repair Service Calls (Base Year) • Task 4 - Regulatory Documents, Unscheduled UST/AST Service Call Summary Reports, and Performance Discrepancy Reports (Base Year) Optional Tasks • Optional Task 1 - Planning and Project Management for UST/AST Environmental Compliance Support (Option Year) o Updated Accident Prevention Plan (APP) to document changes since the Base Year. o Updated Work Plan (WP) to document changes since the Base Year. o Project Management • Optional Task 2 - Annual Scheduled Testing of UST System Components (Option Year) • Optional Task 3 - Unscheduled UST/AST Maintenance and/or Repair Service Calls (Option Year) • Optional Task 4 - Regulatory Documents, Unscheduled UST/AST Service Call Summary Reports, and Performance Discrepancy Reports (Option Year)
