Description

limited-sources Justification For Limiting Sources The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management proposes to enter into a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Delivery Order on the basis of soliciting limited sources for Purchase of Dell IT hardware and components and equipment on behalf of the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Office of Cyber Monitoring and Operations, Cyber Operations Division (DS/CTS/CMO/CO) Infrastructure and Platform Support (IP) group. The award was a new delivery order for Dell IT hardware and components and equipment Supported by a limited-sources Justification For Limiting Sources on the Federal Supply Schedule Program, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b). The acquisition was conducted under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program (41 U.S.C 152(3), and 40 U.S.C. 501), as implemented by FAR 8.4. The attached limited sources justification is hereby published to the Government wide Point of Entry www.fedbizopps.gov within 14 days after issuance of the delivery order, as required by FAR 8.405-6(a)(2).
