- Intent to Sole Source Notice The Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region has a requirement to administer the Rogue River Basin Water Monitoring and Measurement Program and provide the required hydrological services required to develop rating tables for various streamgages in the Rogue River Basin. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541620 and the size standard is $15.0 million. The work consists of identification and optimizing of water resources management associated with water delivered to some 35,000 acres of irrigated lands, being primarily located within the Bear Creek Basin which has a drainage area of about 253,000 acres being approximately 27 miles in total length, with the lower 9 miles composed of irrigable lands of the project. The Government intends to procure specialized services on a single-source basis, in accordance with 41.U.S.C.1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501, Only One Responsible using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The entity to which the Government intends to award is County of Jackson. Reclamation intends to award one firm fixed-price contract. The initial period of performance (base year) shall be January 1, 2020 through December 30, 2020, with four 1-year options with an end period of performance of Dec 30, 2024. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and no solicitation will be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and/or provide a capability statement to Diane Long, Contracting Officer, by email at dlong@usbr.gov. All capability statements received within 5 days after the publication of this announcement will be considered by Reclamation. A determination by Reclamation not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of Reclamation.
