Description

General Requirements: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, has a requirement to establish a contract to provide Hardware and software support for two (2) Government-Owned FastFind Carousels (Preferred Service) at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. The intended contract period will be for a one-year period, which may begin approximately October 15, 2019. REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall provide 24 x 7 Phone support and the following: Customer Support Engineers Remote Diagnostics Unlimited support request Onsite Support Unlimited unscheduled site visits Inspection Services Repair/Replace Services with original equipment manufacturer approved parts only
