- The following is a Draft Solicitation. Once approval has been granted by the Small Business Advocate, we will post an updated RFP. Signage for Scott Air Force Base Building 1700, 835. Title Boards (5) Plywood and black laminate title boards, each approx. 84" wide, 10" tall with eight, 1" diameter, 1" tall stand-off caps and caps. Each of the five boards to be outfitted with one of the following, 5.5" tall, brushed aluminum laminate faced text lines. Enlisted Leader Annual Award Winners Quarterly Award Winners 837 COS 567 COG Display Rails (4) Plywood and Chemetal laminate display rails to accept photo and nameplate envelopes. Display Envelopes (36) Clear acrylic photo and nameplate envelopes applied to 6mm black sintra with concealed pinch cleat. (1) Provide 2020 Supervised labor for the installation of the display properties indicated in this proposal. Labor costs based on straight-time labor rates for work performed weekdays, between the hours of 7:00am and 3:00pm (1) Plywood and black laminate display board approx. 96" wide, 48" tall, with concealed pinch cleats, and display cable receptive bars, top and bottom. (8) Cable assembly sets consisting of two cables, four anchors, and four grippers. Acrylic Envelope (16) 8.5" x 11"
