- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTIFICATION The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Ft. Carson Health Contracting Cell is issuing this sources sought synopsis on behalf of Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. This sources sought is issued as a means of conducting market research to identify parties/suppliers to support this requirement: The following items shall be compatible with the Government-owned Johnson and Johnson Vision (formerly known as AMO Sales and Service) VISX STAR S4 IR Excimer Ophthalmic Laser and Femtosecond Ophthalmic Laser Systems. 1. 10 Tx AddedVue Pak with licensure, Item Number 0040-7000 2. IFLAP US Patient Interface Kit, Item Number 81030/590106AN The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339115, Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the interest and capability to provide these supplies, please provide the following information: • Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, and email address. • The size of your business with regards to NAICS 339115. • Product literature that provides information on compatibility with Government-owned equipment. • Interest in providing a quote on the solicitation when issued.
