Description

This solicitation is for a base plus option year contract to deliver medical gas cylinders to the VA Long Beach Healthcare System and all associated clinics located in Los Angeles and Orange counties. The period of performance is 11/1/2019 10/31/2020. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program this solicitation is competed as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. Only offers from contractors listed as SDVOSB on the VETBIZ website will be considered. All offerors must provide documentation that their subcontractors are compliant with 49 CFR and Department of Transportation standards regarding the transportation of medical gases. All questions must be received by 1200 noon PST on 10/11/2019 to allow time to post a response on FBO. No questions will be answered via telephone. All offers must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon PST on 10/21/2019. No late offers will be considered.
