- Final RFP Questions and Answers 9/23/2019: The purpose of this announcement is to post the Final RFP Questions and Answers received as of 9/23/2019. The proposal due date remains unchanged as 10/1/2019 at 2:00 PM MST. 9/9/2019: The purpose of this announcement is to post Solicitation Amendment #0005. The proposal due date is being extended until 10/1/2019 at 2:00 PM. 9/05/2019: The purpose of this announcement is to post the Final RFP Questions and Answers received as of 9/05/2019, and to also post Solicitation Amendment #0004. The proposal due date is unchanged as 9/17/2019 at 2:00 PM. 8/19/2019: The purpose of this announcement is to post the Final RFP Questions and Answers received as of 8/19/2019, and to also post Solicitation Amendment #0003. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
