- Amendment 0001 Project Information The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks the services of a qualified HUBZone Small Business for Mold Remediation in Buildings 4, 14, 15, 28 & 34 at the Arecibo Job Corps Center in Garrochales, Puerto Rico. The work consists of construction services including all equipment, materials, and labor to remediate the mold in Buildings 4, 14, 15, 28 and 34. The work includes, but is not limited to mold remediation of wall, floor, ceiling surfaces in Buildings 4, 14, 15, 28 and exercise equipment in Building 34, and removal and disposal of mold contaminated furnishings and refinishing affected surfaces. Also, included is the cleaning of the mold affected cooling duct system in Building 28. Who May Respond Interest in this pre-solicitation announcement is open to all HUBZone certified small business relative to the primary NAICS code 562910 with a Small Business Standard of $20.5 million. The magnitude of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. All interested firms shall be registered via the System for Award Management (SAM) internet site at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/##11 Site Visit No scheduled site visit will take place. All quotes shall be submitted via email to ramso.bryan@dol.gov with the solicitation number in the subject line. A new solicitation has been attached to Amendment 0001. Please make sure to submit your pricing on the revised solicitation from Amendment 0001, revised September 20, 2019. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS REQUIREMENT BEFORE AN AWARD IS MADE WITH NO OBLIGATION TO THE OFFEROR BY THE GOVERNMENT.
