Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a sole-source contract to The Concourse Group, LLC, 2552 Housley Rd, Suite 100, Annapolis, MD 21401-6768 for a six-month period of performance of 30 September 2019 through 29 March 2020, for Technical, Engineering, and Professional Support (TEPS) services for the U.S. Army Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM), with services being provided at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. A Justification and Approval to Sole Source in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items was executed in support of this requirement and will be posted at a later date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. This six-month period of performance will allow additional/sufficient time to competitively solicit for the follow-on requirement, which is anticipated to be awarded on or about 30 Mar 2020.
