- The purpose of this order is to procure Microsoft Support Services as the Corporation for National and Community Services (CNCS) has an immediate need to migrate all Data Center services into the cloud. This is to align with the Office of Management and Budget ™s (OMB) Cloud First policy from December 2010. CNCS seeks to be in compliance with the OMB Cloud First policy and migrate all Data Center services into the cloud. The policy requires a significant reduction in Data Center services. Currently CNCS utilizes cloud services within the Microsoft Azure cloud solution.
