Description

This notice is published for informational purposes only and not as a request for competitive proposals. The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Fuji-Films to acquire the annual Fujifilm LPNV2 and LHPJ Offset PlateTypes to be used on on the Screen PlateRite Ultima 16000 Platesetter and the Fujifilm Saber. These Fujifilm plates are deemed essential to GPO's operations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Send responses regarding this requirement to: glrobertson@gpo.gov on or before 3 PM (EST) on September 24, 2019.
