Description

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for support of a Mini Stock Point under BOA N00104-17-G-AV01. Please see the attached National Item Identification Number (NIIN) List that supports various Weapon Systems. Mini-Stock Point Storage Requirements “ 6 Month Demands The government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. The solicitation will be for a 6-month Requirements contract (no options). All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government up until time of solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required. WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending.
