Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a new lease to the following two locations using other than full and open competition for Department of Veterans Affairs. St. Vincent Healthcare 1233 North 30th Street Billings, Montana 59101 Billings Clinic Hospital 2800 10th Avenue North Billings, Montana 59101 The Government requires clinical space yielding a minimum of 200 ANSI/BOMA clinical area and 2 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on hospital/clinic property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by September 27, 2019. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.)
