Perspective Terms and Conditions DnF for OTFOC DD1423 Progress Status Reports Performance Work Statement COMBO SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement serves as notice that the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting Division intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to The Geneva Foundation located at 917 Pacific Ave Ste 600, Tacoma, Washington under the authority as prescribed in FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) - only one source reasonably available that will satisfy agency requirements. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
