Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ARXIUM INC.to provide software support and licensing fees for the Medselect Medication Dispensing and Record Keeping System located at the Madison VA Medical Center located at 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison, WI 53705. This is a purchase for a base year contract of 12 months, firm-fixed price and NAICS Code is 541511. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and services provide mumps immunity testing, to the Contracting Officer within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
