- The Government (Office of Naval Intelligence) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(ii). The proposed source is Vound Colorado Inc., Evergreeen Co. 80439. The procurement is annual maintenance and support services for Intella Pro Software, 23 licenses, license #1136249360 for 12 period and 1 option year. NAICS 511210. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses are due 23 Sep 2019, 1200 pm EST.
