The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 Gilbert is seeking to purchase (1) Street and Leaf Vacuum Sweeper; this is a Brand Name or Equal requirement, FOB Destination. Award shall be made to the quoter whose quotation is the lowest, fair, ad reasonably priced responsive and responsible quotation.
