Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, CARIBBEAN HEALTHCARE SYSTEM, 10 Calle Casia, San Juan, PR. intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source requirements contract with CareFusion, a Large business located at 3750 TORREY VIEW CT, SAN DIEGO, CA. 92130 for Alaris System (Level 3) Software Management Service. The anticipated dollar value is $226.800 for base and four year options. Period of performance: Base Year: 9/23/2019-9/19/2020 Option Year One: 9/23/2020- 9/19/2021 Option Year Two: 9/23/2021- 9/19/2022 Option Year Three: 9/23/2022- 9/19/2023 Option Year Four: 9/23/2023- 9/19/2024 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their capability to be considered for future procurements. NAICS Code 511210 (Software Publishers) with a size standard of 1000 The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6. 302-1( Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All information received by 10: 00 A.M.EST, 9/19/ 2019, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
