- SYNOPSIS NSN: 4920-01-516-5707 Nomenclature: ADAPTER ASSEMBLY,IN P/N: 20000103-19 PR: 81373822 This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). It is a Critical Application Item. It is not a commercial item. Configuration Control and Higher Level Quality Management apply. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a sole source item coded 3R. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman Corporation, CAGE 34860, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. Submit SAR packages to: Defense Logistics Agency-Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 340 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 72 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Origin. FOB Origin. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the issue date is 01 October 2019 closing on 31 October 2019. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
