- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor is responsible for loss of, and/or damage to, the goods occurring before receipt and acceptance of the shipment by the consignee at the delivery point. Date of Delivery Vendors responding to this RFQ shall identify the anticipated delivery date in terms of days after receipt of order (DARO) in their response.
