Description
9/15/2019 Modifiction 001 Q&A: There are CLINs 0001 – 0007 in SoW_SCADA_Maint_Emerg_Callouts_PWS_090618.docx file that match the current maintenance contract, then there are CLINs 0001-0003 in the BID_SCHEDULE.docx that are for the 3 years of the contract. Since 3 of these CLINs conflict, how should this be reflected in the proposal and how would we invoice? Since we’ve been making an effort to simply our contracts the CLINs on the PR just represent the total amount of the contract for each year (Base + 2) The SoW has several tasks that need to be completed for EACH of those years. Effectively there are 7 tasks per year. The SoW provides a column for the vendor to place their cost per task but they should then roll it up for the contract. BID_SCHEDULE says the 3 factors (TECHNICAL APPROACH, PAST PERFORMANCE, PRICE) should be separately tabbed, but this is an electronic submission. It is sufficient to have one PDF with a clearly defined table of contents listing each of these factors? Yes The BID_SCHEDULE says that the “The price quotation shall be separate from any other portion of the quotation.” Does that mean it can just be a separate section of the PDF file we will send, as described in 2 above? Yes Do you care if I include certificates of our certifications in the body of the proposal or should they be attachments referred to in the proposal? You may include them We have a DUNS and CAGE code, but I am not familiar with TIN. Is TIN also required? TIN number is your Tax number (Taxpayer Identification Number)
