Description

Statement of Work - Onsite Mobile Diagnostic Testing - USP Big Sandy Market Research Questionnaire - Onsite Mobile Diagnostic Testing - USP Big Sandy The contractor will provide clinics once a month on date determined in advance and agreeable to both parties. Clinics will be scheduled between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays (7 hours each visit). The contractor will be notified in advance of the requested date of service and the number of inmates scheduled for each clinic. The schedule is subject to change based on the variable needs of the institution and the unpredictable nature of the correctional environment. Upon agreement, any changes must be coordinated with the Health Services Administrator or his/her designee. It is anticipated that USP Big Sandy will require an estimate of 20 CTs, 20 ultrasounds, 30 MRI exams and 5 contrast injections per year. The performance period will be for a base year, being 12 months from the estimated date of award and four 12 month option periods.
