- Brand Name Justification Attachment 3 Horizontal Stabilizer Section Drawing Attachment 2 Fall Arrest Statement of Work Attachment 1 Fall Arrest Price Information Sheet Combined Synopsis Solicitation The 437th Maintenance Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC has a requirement for Fall Arrest Horizontal Stabilizer System (FAHSS), Freestanding Fall Arrest Equipment (FFAE) and Mobile Fall Arrest Equipment (MFAE) at building 515 used for C-17 maintenance (See Attachment 2 Statement of Work). The FFAE and MFAE are Brand Name requirements.
