- Updated DBA Wage Determination FL20190001_30Aug2019 Amendment 3 SOLICITATION NOTICE: The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the release of solicitation number FA252119BA019 being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the solicitation document. This announcement constitutes the solicitation notice being issued. This IFB is being set-aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns; all others will be deemed non-responsive. Contract award will be based on FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. In accordance with FAR Part 14.408(a)(3); Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation. Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation via the Federal Business Opportunity website ( www.fbo.gov ). Title: Repair Generators, Buildings 50225 & 54800, CCAFS, FL Project Number: DBEH 10-1765 Place of Performance: Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL (CCAFS) NAICS Code: 237130 Size Standard: $36.5M The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to remove and replace the existing generators at buildings 50225 and 54800. Also, at facility 50225 the contractor shall configure the existing Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system so that the batteries are not charged during generator operation. They shall also provide temporary generators and temporary automatic transfer switches as indicated on the project drawings. The performance period for this project will be 230 calendar days to begin within 10 days after issuance of the Notice-to-Proceed (NTP). NTP to be issued within 30 days after the award. This acquisition is being issued under FAR Part 19.1405 Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Business Set-Aside and solicited via Invitation for Bid. The IFB is available as of 16 Aug 2019 with the bid closing at 09:00 AM EDT on 19 Sep 2019. An organized site visit has been scheduled for: 26 Aug 2019 at 01:00 PM EDT; participants will meet at: Visitor Control Center (South Main Gate), Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Hwy 401 North, Samuel C. Philips Parkway, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL 32925. The site visits are not mandatory. Please provide a badging request form of all attendees to Vachara Landry ( vachara.landry@us.af.mil ) prior to 02:00 PM EDT on 22 Aug 2019 at 12:00 PM EST. Please note that the number of attendees will be limited to two (2) representatives per bidding contractor. All questions should be submitted to all points of contact listed above and must be received no later than 29 August 2019 @ 02:00 PM EDT. Questions received after this date may not be answered. All answers will be posted to www.fbo.gov as an amendment to the solicitation. Potential bidders must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award.
