Description

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (c)(1), The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to perform oral solicitations for Legionella Testing in Spokane Washington. This will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification( NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541380. To be considered eligible for award, all SDVOSBs must be registered/verified through Vetbiz.gov. If you wish to be included in this solicitation, please respond electronically to Robert.giard@va.gov by NOON PDT Monday September 16, 2019. Contractor to furnish the necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, facilities, transportation and resources necessary to collect water samples, pack, and ship samples to an authorized CDC Elite certified Lab to perform legionella Water Surveillance Testing in accordance with all state, Federal, Local and OSHA Regulations for Pathology & Laboratory medicine Service, VA Spokane Health Care System, 4815 North Assembly Street, Spokane WA 99205.
